Amy Sholar
Lawyer: Amy Sholar is a resident of the Alton/Godfrey Area. She is a lifelong resident of Madison County. She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and she received her law degree from St. Louis University. Amy previously worked for the Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office and the City of Alton before starting her own practice in 2004.
Since 2004, Amy has helped countless clients with custody, divorce, child support, traffic, DUI and felony cases. Amy provides mediation services for people attempting to amicably settle their divorce matter. She serves as Guardian Ad Litem for children during parenting issues and custody matters.
Amy is a former Secretary and President of the Alton Wood River Bar Association. A member of the Madison County Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association and she is affiliated with a number of not-for-profits in a volunteer capacity. [ Contact Amy ]
Kelly Stephan
Lawyer: Kelly Stephan grew up in Waterloo, Illinois. She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where she received her bachelor’s in Economics. She attended St. Louis University School of Law where she received her law degree in 2010.
Kelly has practiced throughout Southern Illinois in the areas of Family, Criminal, Probate and General Litigation; helping clients with such matters as divorce, paternity, guardianship, DUIs, misdemeanors, traffic, estate planning and probating estates.
Kelly is a member of the Madison County Bar Association, Alton Wood River Bar Association, and Illinois State Bar Association.
